For most of our patterns, we suggest going for your standard size. We created a size chart for you to check your size.

Once you purchase the pattern, you’ll receive an email with the order confirmation and link to download files.  If you can’t find the email, try to check your spam box. 

Take a deep breath and simply message us with your name and email address you used on your purchase. So we can pull out the order information! Then, we can send you the files to your new email address provided by you.

Yes, to simplify all our patterns with included seams.

Our patterns are made different (more simple way) from other sellers, and that small gap between the sheets has to be there. Please check pattern assembling instruction for more detailed information.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. And we do not refund money.

It depends on your country, check what size paper you are using and choose A4 or US letter.

A0 is a large sheet whose dimensions are - 841 mm x 1189 mm, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches and you can print it only in the copy shop.

Of course! That’s why all of our patterns include A0 size. You can print a pattern from your local or online print shop.
